Second floor has 2 bedrooms, plus a bonus room with twin daybed. 3 TV's in the home. The primary bedroom with ensuite bath has double vanity, separate toilet stall, and an enviable walk-in 2-person shower. Primary ensuite bath also features a HUGE his/hers closet with built-ins. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, large dresser, 2 nightstands and 55" Roku TV. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser and 2 nightstands. Bonus room has a twin daybed, side chair and 50" Roku TV. All beds are outfitted with fresh, premium linens and plenty of pillows for restful sleep. Baths have complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Room darkening curtains and shades in the primary bedroom; white wood blinds in all other rooms. We welcome individuals and families with pets. Maximum 2 dogs or cats, but no exotic pets please.

If you are bringing a pet to your stay, please note we MUST be informed of the type, breed, age and number of pets in order to approve your pet's stay. We enjoy hosting guests with pets but your pet must be approved by the Host in advance of your stay. Host has the ability to deny a pet's stay based on information provided by you, the Guest. When Host provides approval for your pet(s) stay, Host will charge the pet fee of $100 for the stay. Host will collect this pet fee from you in order for the pet(s) to be allowed to stay. If you do not disclose you're bringing a pet to stay and Host learns of the pet(s) staying at the property, the Host has the right to deny the stay, and cancel your stay without refund. If Host allows your pet(s) to stay, you must immediately pay the pet stay fee of $100 per pet, or your stay will be terminated.
